Every piece is sent to Goldsmith’s London Assay Office to be hallmarked as genuine 925 Sterling Silver and/or Gold and stamped with my unique makers mark. For cost purposes small silver earrings under the legal weight requirement are only marked 925.

Most items can be personalised with dates and initials etc. if you are interested please enquire prior to purchase.

Annie takes on minor repairs, please book a studio consultation to discuss options and risks and to get a quote.
If you are interested in remodelling your existing silver or gold jewellery / heirloom pieces book a consultation.
A cleaning & polishing service is available in the studio. Please contact beforehand to arrange same day service.
Repairs & Remodelling
Care
It is in Silver’s nature to tarnish. The best way to avoid your jewellery tarnishing is to wear it regularly.
We recommend that you remove your jewellery when bathing, showering or washing up etc. and avoid direct contact with perfumes etc.
Polishing Cloths can be used effectively to clean your silver jewellery and are available to buy from the studio or online shop.
Ready-made items will be dispatched via your chosen shipping method within a couple of days.
For made to order items please allow up to four weeks as they will be handmade and sent to London to be hallmarked before making their journey to you.
Shipping Time
First Class (£7.50) takes 1-2 business days after receiving your dispatch notification, requires a signature on arrival and is tracked & insured up to £500.
Second Class (£4.50) takes 3-5 business days after receiving your dispatch notification and requires a signature on arrival. This service does not include tracking or insurance. Please note that once I have shipped an item I am no longer responsible for any loss or damage.
Free Click and Collect from the studio is available on all orders.
All jewellery will be packaged in a black box and will arrive in a padded envelope.

Postage & Packaging
Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Ready made items can be returned to the studio address within 14 days - a refund of the value paid for the item will be made on receipt of the return, excluding postage.
Bespoke made to order items are non refundable however resizing is available if you have ordered the wrong size - charges may apply.
